The elite entry point to the Classic Collection emphasizes discipline over complexity, featuring two fillings, one spring layer, and the foundational craftsmanship that defines every Vispring built in Plymouth. The sleep surface is upholstered on both sides with bonded Platinum Certified British fleece wool and cotton, creating a breathable 1,350gsm layer that sits directly against the ticking. This natural fleece wool is hygroscopic, drawing moisture away from the body and releasing it into the air to keep the surface dry across temperature shifts through the night. A second layer of blended Platinum Certified British fleece wool and cotton adds depth to the feel without introducing synthetic materials.

The spring system uses 1,716 hand-nested vanadium steel pocket springs in a King size, each individually encased in breathable calico cotton. With springs distributed across the surface, every spring responds to localised weight independently, minimizing movement transfer. Vanadium steel maintains its temper through years of compression and recovery, outperforming lower-grade alloys. The border is upholstered with protective wool and finished with two rows of hand-side stitching to firm the perimeter and extend the usable sleep surface. Hand-tufting with felt washers anchors the fillings at regular intervals, preventing shifting or uneven compression over time.
